Inside, the atmosphere is warm and convivial, with floor-to-ceiling glass doors opening wide to bring the outdoors in. The menu celebrates the best of modern British cooking, showcasing meat and fish from the British Isles, cooked using our charcoal oven. Starters include British asparagus, Cornish crab, and hay-smoked beef tartare. Mains include charcoal grilled steaks such as our signature 1.2kg Tomahawk, Suffolk free-range chicken glazed with honey and lavender.
