BDM Commercial

Right Now Residential is a London-based lettings and property management agency, supporting renters and landlords across the capital. Based in Central London, we specialise in professionally managed rental homes, Build-to-Rent schemes, and private landlord portfolios. Our focus is on clear communication, realistic advice, and reliable day-to-day management that works for both tenants and property owners. We help renters find well-managed homes and guide landlords through letting, management, and compliance with confidence. Sales services are also available where required.

QDwell is a property technology platform designed to help letting agents and landlords & BTR operators reduce risk, save money, and fill properties faster. Through QDwell, we pre-qualify tenant applicants before they reach agents, ensuring only suitable candidates proceed to referencing. This helps eliminate costly failed references, reduce void periods, and streamline the letting process. With zero upfront costs, QDwell provides a smarter, more efficient way for property professionals to secure reliable tenants and maximise rental income.
