Fenchurch Restaurant is Sky Garden's contemporary Caribbean restaurant located on the 37th floor, offering a la carte, tasting and counter menus by Head Chef, Kerth Gumbs, which combine the best British ingredients and Caribbean flavours with influences from his Anguillan roots.
